Procter's development combines classroom training, workplace support, simulated learning, i-Coach® and self study. In the learning environment some of our delegates arrive expecting the humdrum of chalk and talk or PowerPoint slides. Instead, through dynamic two way discussion and interactive sessions, we encourage them to think about the psychology of how they engage with people and how that might work in the real world.
Delegates return to the workplace brimming with confidence and enthusiasm to implement new techniques.

At least 20% of development time is spent away from the classroom in the live environment to consolidate learning and build confidence in bite sized chunks. It makes the transition easier and more enjoyable and also encourages delegates to move forward with new behaviours.
I think it has been an excellent initiative that has engaged everyone and is yielding results for staff and customers alike.
When we first started we were given the choice between service and sales and I purposely chose service because I didn't want to sell - but now we're selling through service I actually enjoy it.
The programme has totally redefined what I see as "good" customer service.
