Procter's development combines classroom training, workplace support, simulated learning, i-Coach® and self study. In the learning environment some of our delegates arrive expecting the humdrum of chalk and talk or PowerPoint slides. Instead, through dynamic two way discussion and interactive sessions, we encourage them to think about the psychology of how they engage with people and how that might work in the real world.
