South Oxfordshire District Council wanted to make improvements to service delivery in line with legislation, citizen feedback and the desire to be rated as Excellent by the Audit Commission
Procter were engaged to benchmark existing service provision across the full range of council services, evaluate the council's options moving forward and then support chosen options through to business case stage.
