Specifically the activity spanned the analysis, design and delivery of customer experience messages that impacted on all aspects of customer contact -

Skills training to create a consistent corporate voice for the citizen

- Early engagement with senior management to create cultural blueprint
- Launch roadshow and scenesetters to create excitement outside of immediate audience
- Ongoing embedding with management at all levels - being seen to walk the talk - ensuring all benefit from the experience of others - both challenges and successes

I think it has been an excellent initiative that has engaged everyone and is yielding excellent results for staff and customers alike.
Staff who have not yet been through the training are recognising the different reactions from customers. Even the most sceptical are now looking forward to the training. Being allowed time to coach and have team meetings has improved morale.
